It is expensive.It is difficult to know where should you leave car for maintenance repair. No clear sign.Timely service and communication throughout.

You all are great as is.Prompt service, polite, always helping me by explaining what I need for my car. Help me keep on track with my service needs and when its time for my checkups. They have great discounts and coupons. I am 74 years old and the discounts really help. They take their time and answer my questions with a smile. Very patient with the elderly and understanding even if you ask the same question twice. They remind me so that I do not miss when its time for a tune up or anything. They are the best.

All was fineWas nice - but very different from the outstanding service I use to receive.The last 2 times I’ve had my car serviced, there was foot papers and number paper.Serious loss of exceeding customer service. Now average is most common.Employee was in his office on his phone and only looked up when I said something. Significant change from how the service use to be.
