Your customer service is absolutely fantastic. Evan (my customer rep) was more than helpful and most efficient in explaining things to me. I called back after I picked-up my car with a question and he took the time to speak with me on the phone and explained his feedback in a way I understood it easily. Also, thanks to the service techs for the quick wash as it was pretty chilly that day and for leaving the seat adjustments, personal setups, etc. as they were when I left my car.

No definitive improvements needed (none that I can detect at this time). But I will let you know if the time ever comes?Although I do not "actively" think about "recruiting" customers, it was the best rating to let you know I am happy enough with the service and would not discourage it, either!

I was satisfied with the facility but not very satisfied. Access to the facility from the main road was unattractive. I was pleased to see that they fixed the pavement leading to the dealership. The facility seemed to be an afterthought.Your Service Department manager exceeded all expectations and restored my trust in Don Herring Mitsubishi.This rating is directed toward the Service Department. They exceeded all expectations.
