old worn furniture in the showroom and the low number of cars in the lot were signs of a struggling dealershipI thought Sidney in the Service Department stood out as customer focused representative. This is a significant improvement from my previous experience with this service department.Distance from my subdivision and confusing access to the building. Also, some of the furnishings in the showroom were clearly worn and should be replaced.

They also told me my rear breaks needed to be replaced but I never hear any squeaking noise when I would break so I am not so sure they needed to be done. My car has 30,000 miles on it and it is a 2017. I drive it every day but the service writer told me I should drive it more and I wouldn’t have problems with the battery . I drive at least 5 miles or more a day.The vending machine had out of date merchandise in it and there is no way to get a refund. It would better to not even have a vending machine.

Evan is the best and most efficient , kind and genuinely caring service person I have ever encountered. Since my first time at Don Herring Plano in 2023 his 10 out of 10 customer service skills made me a loyal customer of this location.I always receive honest and courteous service whenever I bring in my vehicle.

Its difficult to be able to afford all the things that need to be done to an old car. I really was just coming in to make sure the care was safe after a wreck, so items need to be listed in better order of priority. I think a budget should be established with the customer. "what is your budget limit for maintenance in one visit?" - I would say something like 500 or 400 dollars. We would just do spark plugs and alignment . .. etc/ - I ended up with 700 dollars of work and could not really afford that if it was not criticalThe location is odd. It is sometimes difficult to navigate and distinguish the route to the drop off area. This is not really something the dealership has much control over.Very quick service, well explained problems. Easy drop off procedure.

There may still be some break concerns and I am unsure If they topped off the fluids in the vehicle.Staff was professional and friendly
