I love my second Mitsubishi outlander sport.fast and efficient service -

My appointment to sign the finalpaperwork was 5:15. I had to wait for over 45 minutes to an hour. He did not have the paperwork prepared before I arrived. I finally left the dealership around 6:45 that night. Very disappointed after such a positive experience with my salesperson and everyone else in the dealership.

The transactions were smooth. I cant thank them enough for all their hard workAll the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful

Always courteous and prompt.

Area is located with a main, double door and no entry hall to contain the cold air. Every time someone entered the building it was like a cold blast of air hit you and there was no way to avoid it, no seating in a different area. WiFi is offered but unable to connect with their scanner sign. Waiting area was loud and noisy (radio playing loud, hard rock music made it difficult to concentrate on anything else.I called the service manager and he sent someone out to get the car to make sure all services were done correctly. Person brought the car back and tire pressure was STILL not at correct pressure. Next day manager came out, filled tires to proper pressure and filled the tank with gas. He was very nice and apologetic.I’d have given a 10 but there were some problems with the service I received.
