I called and this was way easier to do than using the online scheduler.When coming into the garage, I pulled in and then had a man on a golf cart staring at me so I would move. I then had to back out of the garage and let him out only for them to go drive around the lot.Also, never received any updates on my car while I left the facility. The chairs were gross and falling apart so didn’t want to sit in the seating area.My “service engine soon” light came on once I was home but went off a few days after. This was alarming but also know I’ve had to have my oil drained after due to the technician putting too much oil in during an oil change, this was how my experience has always been so was not super surprised.Left comments throughout the survey.There was someone in the office where I was to pay and had to stand in the garage for almost 10-15 minutes waiting. Then when they were not budging I was asked to come in the office and pay with them in there as well, which was fine, but not sure why that wasn’t just done in the first place.
