I love Dorsett staff, I have dealt with the service team and that was my deciding factor.Our salesperson Gina was great to work worth.

Always courteous and prompt.

Area is located with a main, double door and no entry hall to contain the cold air. Every time someone entered the building it was like a cold blast of air hit you and there was no way to avoid it, no seating in a different area. WiFi is offered but unable to connect with their scanner sign. Waiting area was loud and noisy (radio playing loud, hard rock music made it difficult to concentrate on anything else.I called the service manager and he sent someone out to get the car to make sure all services were done correctly. Person brought the car back and tire pressure was STILL not at correct pressure. Next day manager came out, filled tires to proper pressure and filled the tank with gas. He was very nice and apologetic.I’d have given a 10 but there were some problems with the service I received.

My glovebox will not close Wasn’t anything wrong with it before service. I don’t even use it. Last time I opened it was in September to put registration in it.Service was done in hour

Excellent service

We had expected the car to be washed as part of the service but it was not. However, the front driver side had been vacuumed.

I was very pleased with everythingDidn't need any shuttle . I waited for my vehicle was done.Ever time I call to make an appointment. They always find away to work around my work schedule.

Told one date and time over phone, showed up and was scheduled for the next day, had to make return visit.
