You all keep us to the letter of the law. That has really been helpful in these times of the pandemic with the courts protecting the non-paying tenants and causing us landlords to struggle to keep up our obligations of paying for the properties and keeping them up. Your account record keeping is outstanding. All the ladies in the office are wonderful and Doud contracting does an excellent job of timely getting to all of the repairs needed.
