The Doud realty office is really attentive and professional when it comes to being landlords. There is no favoritism, no bs and they are by the book which is super fair. The most organized and straight forward landlords ive ever had. Great experience.

Doud was just as concerned as I was as I was having electrical issues. They reached out to the maintance people that handled electric and they were out the very next day. I had problems again and they came back and fixed the issue as quickly as they could. They were polite and respectful of my home and my nerves.
