Some clarity on the differences between the Mitsubishi warranty schedule in the book and what you're told by service people would be appreciated. Differences on oil change intervals and differential fluid change timeframes are examples.Couldn't schedule online.

I hate buying new cars. I have said I would rather go to the dentist. I love buying the new car itself, but normally hate the financing part. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I love my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. I bought it before driving it. Everyone we interacted with was great, from the sales rep to the financing. It was a positive and quick experience.Rich was great, and they were able to get us additional coupons and discounts which made it possible for us to purchase the vehicle.

I was told 3-5 days for delivery it took a week. I was told the car was getting picked up the day after I bought it.Jake was OUTSTANDING sales rep, he went well above to make me happy, never got the list of dealerships in my area, after I signed I was unable to obtain accurate information on receiving the vehicle. I was looking at another car at another dealership and since Jake made a ton of effort we went with him. It didn’t fall apart until after signing.

Every time I have gone into Doug Smith I have been greeted warmly. The serves time is quick and the sales team is nice to talk with and work with when buying my first car.
