I wish I could rate the experience higher. Very easy process, no pressure, love my new Mitsubishi!!! I have purchased Hyundai for the last 15 years but so far Mitsubishi and Doug Smith have exceeded my expectations.Very easy, no pressure buying experience. They explained all of my options and gave me a great deal on my new car.

We have loved working with the people at Doug Smith. We feel like we were offered a very fair price on a beautiful vehicle. If I have to pick one thing about improvement, it would be that our finance guy did not let us choose our license plate style. He chose that for us without having a conversation with us about it. It will be fine, but we would have chosen differently. Other than that little thing, everything was great! I would (and already have) recommended your dealership to a friendGreat service, low pressure, honest.

I was met immediately by your service manager and they took over after she reviewed the items to be serviced.
