Ann took great care of us

Beverage choices were only coffee and tea or water, and if you’re not a coffee or tea drinker you’re crap-out-of-luck! The snack choices were also very cheap and minimal. Most other Automotive Service Centers offer sodas and more decent snack choices.Our Service Advisor was very helpful, friendly and courteous and kept us informed. She was very much appreciated!Service was quickly scheduled and done in a timely manner. We were treated well and kept informed.

I went in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. After I drove almost 2 hours to go home, I started to hear the noise that was difficult to hear at freeway speeds. A horrible metal on metal scratching noise. I parked the car at my house and called the service department. I told them I lived quite a ways away and was wondering if I could send them a short video of the sound and possibly it is something I could just take care of. The service rep said that wasn't possible but he could get my car in Monday to look at it. I ended up jacking up the car, examining the brake area since that is where the sound was coming from. Saw that both front dust shields were bent into the rotors. They were very easy to bend back and I have not had a problem since.Glove box was not shut. Not a big deal, but also not attention to detail.

Don’t know if actual service was completed.Don’t know if services was actually done.Took awhile because of recall issues.I don’t know if oil change was done because warning light came on two days later.

Heather from Subaru was the best of the best. She’s the one that made my experience ‘on top of this world.’ I love that she is so professional and can talk to anyone without being a pushover! And Garrett is just as amazing and talented as Heather. He went out of his way to show me how buttons and whistles work. Thank you for your service!!

The service was really good. Everything was explained to me really well and i was given an accurate time and everything communicated to me.

Absolutely phenomenal experience!!

I've ran into a few issues. One, the mileage was wrong on the paperwork. Second, the car wasn't fully charged. Also, there is a big scratch on the bottom of the steering wheel which was there before I ever saw the vehicle.Everyone was so helpful, we ended up getting the vehicle we wanted and at a price we can afford.

We were hoping for a few no-cost add-ons.Nope it was great!Fast service, and even a better lease price
