Much of the cars windows still had a film on it. It just took a little Windex at home but I would have been nice to have it done at delivery. Other then that the car was clean and ready to be driven away.I was greeted right away and was helped to find the car that worked for me even with the on I wanted was already sold the night before. The car I was lead to was a great price and the trade deal I got was amazing and I was treated very well. Pete the sales person was awesome and worked really hard to get me in the car we needed. The financing process was quick and easy. The Serves department was closed when I was there but I was told they were awesome. I was sent to Doug Smith by a friend an I will be leading people to you also.

I did a lot of research and wouldn’t typically have thought of Mitsubishi, but the Outlander rated well, and we were looking for a PHEV. The car fit our needs and the deal was great. We are super happy with the purchase.There were some computer issues that made the process unusually long.Our salesman Pete was awesome to work with and they totally compensated us for a really long closing that was unexpected. And, we love the car.
