Doctors and nurses and lab is great. Reception needs work. I signed in but they never fully checked me in so the lab came up front to ask and I had been waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes and they had been ready for me the whole time and thought I had not shown up.

One of the Front office staff members is very rude, actually forgot to check me in for my 12:30 appointment when arriving at 12:08 and didn’t check me in until 1pm - this was important for me to arrive early so I could start my glucose test before my ultrasound and seeing the provider, which ended up not getting to happen and required me to be there an unneeded extra hour.Clinical staff is phenomenal, they were all apologizing for the front staff member and doing everything to accommodate the delayed check in.

Very calm and reassuring. Listened to concerns and gave good feedback.

Very friendly, covers all bases, very encouraging of me attempting a VBAC, love all of the providers I’ve been able to see so far!
