The wait time was unacceptable. My scheduled appointment was at 11:00, I sat waiting and was not called back until 11:30. I was never informed of a waiting period.

My partial which I had picked up on Wednesday looked very nice. While brushing my teeth, the crownwhich helps to hold the partial broke. I called and was given a 1 pm appointment. The techniciantook me to room 4 where she looked and said "I am going to take an x-ray". She got Dr.. Greenstein and he came in and took the broken crown and proceeded to fix it. I was very happy because I had a lot of appointments that day, and that was the exact remedy that was needed.
