I had my first appointment with Dr. Kieserman today and had a terrific experience. He took me right on time, answered all my questions with explanations I could understand, sent me right in for a hearing test, gave me copies of my results, explained his recommendations, and sent me on my way. It couldn’t have been a more efficient and pleasant experience. He set a high bar for other doctors to follow!
