Erik and Claudio did a phenomenal job with the installation of a new water heater and removal of the old water heater. They were very professional with communicating the issue with the old heater and the benefits with the new heater. Erik and Claudio clean the utility closet exceptionally and explained my warranty thoroughly. Excellent jobs guys. 😊

Installation was completed, but they left a mess. They left a soaking wet dirty towel, residual metal pipes, didn’t bother to complete breaking down the box, and dirt on the door to the garage. They also tracked in dirt from outside. There was a broom right there, gir them to sweep it up. I had to tell them to replace the old water valve connection, instead of using the one that showed evidence of leaking.

They worked efficiently, professionally and were congenial as well.I do have disappointment in how my services were presented to me by Eli.The first quote I received was 2000 dollars which included all materials, removal and installation.Two weeks later, he quoted me 2300 dollars. I agreed to that and asked that the service be scheduled. Late in the afternoon prior to service, he called to change the model heater. Ok, I again verified this would still include any hardware needed for installation. He assured me this was the final cost.When Matt and David were here, they applied another 91 dollars for a ‘difficult repair’. Considering I was explicit and even sent pictures of the water heater and closet in advance, that was unexpected. I agreed to that.When they were finished, they showed me that they had to change out some of the pipes, venting and tray underneath it and, graciously, stated they threw those in for me. While I greatly appreciate that they did, every conversation I had with Eli included his absolute promise that these things would be included.My water heater works great.Both Matt and David did a phenomenal job and have my eternal gratitude for their skills and professionalism in its installation.My only negative perspective is in the last minute changes and feeling a bit manipulated or misled in my interactions with Eli.
