Install went fine. Disappointed that Andy needed to make a comment to my Union employed husband about us not using Union plumber for the replacement water heater and installation, not great customer service if that’s what we remember from the experience. Your team also left boxes in my yard without telling us, rained overnight. I thought DRF would also be taking away all boxes and clean up.

Sorry for the late review. Jason and Robert did an excellent job trouble shooting problems with my tankless water. They opened it up and could not find any problems with leaking. It was determined to be condensation and suggested that I get insulation for the pipes. I was give instructions on how to install the insulation at that time.

Excellent removal and install they had to tweek a couple of fittings. When finished everything was explained in layman's term. Removed old tank and cleaned the general area.

These two gentlemen are the best

They were friendly, helpful, and put in my water heater so quickly. Eddie and Robert shared about different components of the unit and information needed for warranty and contact info if any questions needed answered. They did a through job I was very satisfied.

Dan and Eddie were both efficient, clean, neat, and respectful during their time in our home! They did a great job of removing and replacing the existing kitchen faucet! The price of the job was fairly reasonable!
