Professional, fast, same day install for new water heater

Didn't receive advance text until Matthew arrived although I had called to learn placecon schedule. It would have been helpful for planning to know I was last on schedule and plumber and technician were coming from Rockford. Arrived at 7:30 P.M. Appreciate their making the best use of time.Very professional and kind. Assessed leak from valves, photographed, asked helper to get necessary tools. Problem diagnosed quickly and corrected by tightening valve, insuring leaking stopped. Left small bowl with paper towel to monitor that problem was resolved. Offered grest suggestion to put a tray under sink to keep tiled surface dry and clean in case any spills from supplies stored or to catch any potential leaks.

They were very courteous. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well afterwards. Took their time to explain the new water heater and all the fixtures they replaced along with the water heater.
