Matt and Tyler were friendly and professional. In addition to doing an excellent job, they provided a missing gasket from their inventory at no additional expense. I recommend and would use DRF again.

Showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, and then did it. After the successful hot water heater installation, they explained the features and controls on the heater. Very similar to the old one, but better! They did a good cleanup before they left. Great job overall.
