I appreciate how quickly the team was able to make it out and how efficiently they handled the job. Jorge was very respectful with our home while swapping the water tanks. Robert was very informative about the work they would be doing and was a great help answering all of my questions about proper maintenance to extend the life of our water tank as much as possible.

Paul and Will were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with workmen in my home so am naturally skeptical but they put me at ease. Paul explained everything and made sure I had the manual and would register my warranty. Great job!!! So happy to have hot water!DRF could do better with some communications and give options of text message or email. There is a LOT to do on the phone; text messages as well as upload pics and fill out forms. You need great eyesight, great WiFi (not always good in rural areas), and lots of time and patience but it’s all good in the end.
