Both gentlemen were very polite, they explained the scope of work before they started, provided an estimate of the amount of time the work would take to complete and confirmed the water heater that I purchased as well as the price I was quoted.These guys were incredibly efficient! The job was completed within the timeframe quoted and Paul provided a detailed description of features on my new water heater, reviewed what he and Claudio did to complete the work, reviewed the control panel and how to use it, adjusted my gas shut off valve so I could reach it and showed me how to use the water sensor that I purchased.I would absolutely recommend DRF to my friends and would contact the company again for other services. 10 out of 10!
