Plumbing connections were made for new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. New waste lines were well conceived and routed.Erik was very precise and meticulous about his work. Clearly, it wasn’t his first rodeo. His thoroughness was impressive. He made great use of DeWalt cutting tools I hadn’t seen before. This helped him be quite efficient.Will assisted with preparation, subassembly and supply in such a way as to make things keep moving smoothly and so that what was needed was readily available. There were no delays.I could tell they work well together. They were both very professional and informative. They represented DRG Water Heating Solutions well.I’d welcome them both back for future plumbing needs if I needed service again.

Andy and Francisco were very efficient, informative, & friendly. They were thorough in educating us about how the installation would go, what pipes would go where, how much wiggle room there would be for the humidifier that's right next to the water heater, etc. They took into consideration our needs and were flexible enough to accommodate them. It was a pleasure to have them working here in fact. They actually managed to de-stress us!

Very professional and got the job done

Open arrival, technicians went right to work, communicating with me when necessary. When done, Paul explained workings of water heater parts. After they left, I unfortunately found that water pressure in bathroom sinks was extremely low, almost nonexistent.

The techs were efficient, professional and walked me through the steps they took to correct my water heater issues. I would highly recommend them to family and friends

Erik and Will did a nice job replacing my hot water heater. It was a really hot day and they were in the garage working away. They carefully removed my old unit and replaced it with a new one. Afterwards, Will explained all of the features of the new water heater. Nice work!
