Kevin Loden and Eddie did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, friendly, and respectful of our home. Kevin’s expertise and Eddie’s attention to detail really showed in the quality of their work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It was clear we were in the hands of true professionals, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Highly recommended!

They were able to hook up my more complex sink, replacing parts that they deemed as poorly manufactured, and give me advice on how to deal with a separate shower issue I was having. The only note I would provide for improvement was they could have asked where I wanted a certain attachment, they placed it in an area where it seems a bit bothersome but overall I am happy with their work. Minor inconvenience but not enough to be dissatisfied in any major way as it can simply be turned 45° to allow for use of my other attachments.

These guys can definitely teach a class on professionalism and know how. They were personable and yet down to the business. They ended up here due to botch ups from another company. My family is now back on track. They responded in a timely manner and now I have HOT WATER!! Awesome!! I'm definitely referring these guys.
