Mike and Eddie were prompt and very professional. We checked out my basement situation and they advised me that because of the size and weight of my old 75 gallon water heater they would not be able to remove it and offered me a $100 discount which I accepted. They walked me through what they would be doing and within a couple of hours my new water heater was installed. They had me come down and showed me the the installation job and walked me through how to operate the new water heater. They also advised me how I could get my old water heater removed from my basement and answered all of my questions. They were both very pleasant and showed true concern that I was comfortable about my new water heater and the installation prior to leaving. I would truly recommend DRF Water Heating Solutions to friends and family.

Erik replaced our leaky water heater in a very respectful, timely and professional way. After that he also helped us with another favor on our fridge that was about to be replaced, installing a shutoff valve that allowed the new fridge to be installed as well! Super helpful, saved the day towards both new appliances we needed. Thank you Erik!

They were very efficient, explained everything they did, cleaned up any mess they had made which was minimal . A little water that they mopped up. Very pleasant and helpful. AND WE NOW HAVE HOT WATER 👍. Very happycustomers !!! Thank You Both
