Bear and his assistant Sawyer came over to my house on time as promised by a phone call saying they are arriving in 15 minutes. I was watching them working. These guys are very knowledgeable in their work. They are friendly, courteous and fast. They took no break. I highly recommend them two anytime to work on any water heater jobs. Their work ethics is very commendable. They are competent people and Lowes is very lucky to have them. I extend a hand salute to them. Thank you.

Ryan and Francisco were fantastic! I was so impressed and could not have had a better experience. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, as well as quite friendly/personable. We called them to fix a small gas leak on our hot water heater, and when I mentioned I thought I smelled gas in our kitchen, they went ahead and checked behind the stove as well. Sure enough, it was leaking and they fixed it up super quickly as well! I appreciated their attention to detail and how courteous they were (asking if I had any cats that would run out if they opened the doors to air out the gas smell, offering to wipe up the floors of small debris after changing the stove gas valve, giving me gardening tips on some grape vines I have in the backyard, etc). They were not pushy at all and knew exactly what they were doing. Seriously great service!

They came in and did a fantastic job with installing the new heater. Our old one had been through the ringer and had seen better days. They left everything the way it was cleaned up. I appreciate their service and highly recommend.
