Both Robert and Eddie provided excellent customer service when installing the hot water heater replacement. They explained why the old water heater was not operating and why it is Important to get a replacement to prevent any further damage. They arrived on time. Also they explained next steps on how to maintain the new one. I was very pleased with the service.
