Both Bear and Sawyer were professional, kind, thorough, and educational. I felt very comfortable having them in my home, and they clearly knew their stuff! I believe Sawyer is an apprentice, and Bear is his mentor. As an educator myself, I can tell that Bear is an excellent instructor and that Sawyer will become a very skilled plumber once he’s fully independent. I would have these two and DRF back any time to help with my home, and I look forward to recommending them. Thanks!

I was very satisfied with the installation and the guys were very personable.

Eric & Robert were absolutely wonderful. Both were professional and friendly. Both worked continously and worked fast. They came to me wirh any issues they ran into and let me know what was going on. I felt safe and not taken advantage of. My mom has Alzhimers and if she went to see what was going on, Eric and Robert answered her questions and was very nice to her. Thank you for sending them to service our water heater issues. Such a blessing!
