Both Paul and Will are courteous. The service was excellent. I was walked through the process by Paul. The installation was completed without any problems. I will definitely keep DRF in mind for any future solution needs.

They were very knowledgeable and great at their job. Will was especially attentive to the job and helping us with all information and after care needs. Paul was very patient and answered all my questions we couldn’t have done this without them.

I am not at all satisfied with the work done by the plumber. The main reason is that with two sink drain pipes, he took up all the space that I previously had usable. I think that before they started the work, they should have gotten information about what the empty space under the sink was used for, and after presenting the possible project and getting the OK, they could have started the work.

Both Robert and Eddie were very polite and friendly. They were knowledgeable and we were very happy with their work.
