Andy and and Aaron came back after new water heater was found to be leaking by City Inspector. They were professional and courteous and fixed the issue by replacing the old piping with copper.

The associates that handled our project were very helpful and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and then proceeded to do it. When confronted with an obstacle they worked to overcome it.( The heater we chose wasn’t going to fit the space. Ryan suggested a different one, he showed the one he was thinking that would fit . Making my decision much easier and they continued the project.) . They completed the job, cleaned the mess, took away the garbage. My husband and I were very pleased with them and the job the did. An Effective Team! Bear and Sawyer got right to work and knocked out the task in no time. Sawyer knew his role and was busy from beginning to end including pointing out the new code items and thermostat to me. Sawyer clearly knows what he is doing and has a great teacher. Sawyer even cut up the cardboard so I could fit it in the recycle bin with ease. I appreciate both of their effort today and we have hot water again! Thanks
