An Effective Team! Bear and Sawyer got right to work and knocked out the task in no time. Sawyer knew his role and was busy from beginning to end including pointing out the new code items and thermostat to me. Sawyer clearly knows what he is doing and has a great teacher. Sawyer even cut up the cardboard so I could fit it in the recycle bin with ease. I appreciate both of their effort today and we have hot water again! Thanks

Did a great job fast and efficient clear explanation

On a Sunday our water heater broke and was leaking badly in the laundry room. The laundry room is next to our Family room which has wood floors. We needed help fast, but most importantly we needed the water heater replaced so we could leave our home to be with our very ill Daughter the following day. Andy and Francisco were at our house within a couple of hours with a new water heater to install. Their understanding, kindness and complete professionalism from start to finish was a Blessing during a very difficult time. We are grateful to have met them. Thank you.
