Both were very professional. They were quick with the removal of the old water heater and were very efficient in the new installation. Everything was well explained to us as well. They also took precautions with their shoes as it was raining.

Both gentlemen were very polite and informative. Robert explained the whole process beforehand very clearly and concisely. There was some confusion, as we had failed to send the requested photos before installation, but these guys problem solved on the fly very professionally. Erik explained how to light the pilot, and adjust temperature control settings...all in all a fabulous business transaction! I am very satisfied!
