Both Paul and Claudio were very courteous and professional. Paul walked me through everything that was done, including how to light the pilot and flush the heater to prevent sediment build up.

The plumbers were very honest and saved me a lot of money. I had no hot water and Andy noticed the temperature was set at a vacation setting. My water heater is only 5 years old and I was wondering why it went out so fast but somehow someone in my house just turned the temp down. Thank you sooo much for helping me!!
