Paul and Klavdio worked together to do exceptional work. The install was flawless without any noticeable intrusion to me at all while I was working from home. They not only swapped out the heaters but also added fittings to adjust for the new heater, and they provided overview information on the heater, next steps on the process and answered questions before leaving. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I'd call them both again for any future needs. BIG thanks!
