Can’t say enough about these guys. Extremely professional and efficient. Whatever they’re getting paid, isn’t enough. Answered all of my questions and walked me through what they were doing every step of the way. Would recommend them to everyone I know.

They left for lunch and said they would be back in 30 minutes and never returned and never called without repairing my water heater. I was left on hold by Rheem for an hour and 15 minutes trying to resolve the warranty issue. The lack of communication was appalling.
