Brendon was extremely professional and courteous. They were in and out quickly and made sure I knew how to turn on the pilot light should it ever go out. They cleaned everything up nicely and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend them and DRF!

Working in a tight area under the kitchen sink is not an easy job, and Sam had to spend quite a bit of time under there. He was great. And Eddie was very helpful, too.

Kevin and Erik did a fantastic job with our water heater install. We had a 50 gallon tank before and the made all the necessary adjustments for the new 75 gallon tank without any major disruption. I never felt the need to go and see how things were going. Completely happy with the work they did.I would say that your policy of leaving the box behind ends the service on a bad note. For the price that is paid and the high level of service provided, it just seems small and petty that the cardboard is where the line is drawn on an otherwise excellent experience.

The guys did a terrific job. They were polite, courteous, worked quickly and took care in carefully loading and unloading the old and new heaters.
