He was very professional and provided great service. He explained everything I needed to know and was pleasant and respectful.

Andy installed the new water heater and also explained to me exactly what was installed and how the unit works. Very pleased with the quality of work he provided , would recommend!!

Considerate and careful during installation. When completed, took time to discuss what they changed, why they did it, and gave us plenty of tips to help us down the road. Excellent job guys!

The techs were on time and efficient. They explained everything up front and got to work and had my new water heater installed in an hour and a half. Paul also installed a shut off valve on pipe leading to the heater that I did not have before. The only negative thing is that a small mess was made from the rusty water I'm my old water heater but they did there best to clean it up and we're apologetic. Overall a very good experience and DRF gave me the lowest price of the 4 estimates I got. I would definitely use them again in the future.
