Robert and Erik were very careful to not damage anything or get things dirty. They cleaned up perfectly and were exceptionally courteous. Draining the old hot water heater presented a little problem but they found an easy way around the issue. I am already planning to have them back to work on my whole house shutoff valves.

Robert and Erik made a special stop to help us out with our pilot light on the water heater that was going out. They installed a new pilot light assembly and were able to troubleshoot what was causing the light to go out. We're so thankful they were able to come same day and get the hot water back on.
