Kevin and Ed did an efficient, organized and thoughtful installation. They provided details, options and solutions that made us confident in their work. The job looks good too. We are pleased with the service DRF provided from start to finish.

Kevin is very professional and do the work as if it is in his own house. Explained everything he does and ask me if I have question. He does the work as clean as possible and Eddie even throw the old replaced unit outside. Very satisfied with the installation.

Matt & Paul , were Prompt arrived 30 minutes after receiving the call from the office regarding their arrival. Matt introduced himself and Paul to me. Matt explained the whole procedure in detail, very respectful and professional. Paul did an excellent job of removing the old tank from the house and bringing the new one in. The process was quick. Matt went over all the operational details of the new tank and made sure I understood everything.Great experience..

Robert and Eric called before to tell me when they were coming, arrived on time and were very good about not messing up anything in my home. They asked some general questions about my home and the old Maytag heater which was in the house when we bought it 17 years ago. They laid down carpets to protect the wood floors and were very neat for the amount of work they did. They answered the few questions that I had and thoroughly explained their answers. Robert explained all the parts of the new heater and the installation of them. Eric explained anything that I didn’t understand. He very kindly fixed a faucet in my bathroom sink that was messed up by a creepy plumber that I had called to install a humidifier in early 2004. When he did the installation he kept trying to sell me a new water heater. I told him it was working perfectly so why should I replace it. He was very obnoxious about the whole issue which is why I never called him again. The bathroom sink faucet was spurting and splashing since then. I told Robert and Erik about it and Erik fixed it while Robert was telling me how to manage the new heater. It was a lovely surprise and they were so nice about it. I was touched by that. I told them I loved plumbers that aren’t creepy. They were a pleasure to watch working and so eager to please. Thank you for having nice people working for you. The whole experience was a good one.
