They were both knowledgeable and professional and did a good job on everything!! The only thing is for some reason I can hardly get any hot water out of my shower and the water pressure is too weak when trying to get the water hot .but cold comes out fine maybe a little weaker than before. But strangely my other faucets in my house have the hot water. But I have no idea why my shower is weak with pressure and water is like warm at best. Other faucets are hot and decent pressure. But before the new tank was put in my shower pressure was fine and water was hot before old tank went bad . But both workers were great !!!

Not a big deal but maybe technicians should wear booties when inside.

Both guys were great! They took out the old hot water heater and installed the new one and helped clean up all the water and dirt around it. They explained everything and showed me how to use the new hot water heater.
