Robert and Eddie were very knowledgeable and professional providing the service. They were also very expedient! Great job by both!

Very fast, friendly, and efficient replacing my water heater. Left the area very clean.

These guys know what they’re doing from start to finish. They were polite, clean, and efficient. They keep me informed and we had no surprises, up-charges.

They were on time and quick, professional to reconnect the plumbing without any leaks.

Kevin and Eric (?) were amazing. Both were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They came in to help look at a leak in our kitchen ceiling that was in a very difficult to reach spot. After a few minutes of looking, he knew exactly what needed to be done and how this troublesome spot could be fixed. Within minutes he had the old leaking pvc pipe out, and a new one fit in to repair the leak. He explained what likely caused the leak and how the repair would ensure that doesn’t happen again. Everything went better than expected with Kevin coming in to help. Note: we had two other companies come in and both didn’t think this repair could be done from the ceiling access and would require much more work from the bathroom above. This was the ideal outcome for us and Kevin, and DRF, delivered! Many thanks to Kevin and Eric on an incredible job well done.
