Both Kevin and Jonah were very professional and meticulous throughout the entire process. They explained the work to be done and did exactly as they explained. They were careful to keep their work area very clean and completed the installation in a very timely manner. After the installation they explained the operation of the new water heater and took time to answer all our questions. As always, we are happy to be using DRS’ services.
