Andy and Francisco were prompt and professional. They immediately identified a venting issue and recommended we switch from a gas to electric water heaters. They got the new heaters ordered and came back the same day to get them installed in conjunction with an outside electrician. Quick, clean, and professional.

Erik did a great job explaining services. It was unfortunate he didn’t have an extra person to help with the workload because the job took tell 4pm to complete and I’m a night shift worker.Improvement can be the communication. I received a text morning of with requirements to sign and then a call a short time later telling me Erik would be at my home around 1030 and then was told I would receive a call back with a more exact time. I never received another call back with updated time and Erik showed up around 1145. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Lowe’s and plumber because heater that was brought was a tall and I told the employee it was a short.Regardless Erik did a great job adjusting and making the fittings and completing the job.
