Were very conscious and respectful. Truly efficient in their work. Worked diligently the whole time they were here, and also cleaned up after themselves.

Arrived earlier than expected.Friendly and courteous.Respectable of property.Left work area clean. Completed faster than expected. Very pleased.

All these guys were very professional. Mike and Kevin explained everything to be done and made sure all my questions were answered. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

Very friendly and professional

Both installers/plumbers were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. In fact, it was a pleasure to talk to them. You could tell that both enjoyed their jobs. And the installation was flawless. Deeply impressed by the quality of materials and technique. Equally impressive, I sought help last night via Home Depot online. Not only did your company respond instantly, at night, but service was the following day. I’m not one for hyperbole, but we faced an unusual time crunch and DRF saved the day. Simply stellar service.

Very friendly and fast

They did a terrific job! Bears helper did a great job assisting with the work and cleanup. Would definately reccomend them.

Kevin and Erik were both very kind and knowledgeable. They left my home clean. Very pleased with the product and customer service

They were efficient, friendly, and informative. I would recommend them to anyone!

Clean and efficient work. Too soon to comment on whether water heater is fully functional.
