Andy and Francisco were amazing! They arrived when they said they would, measured to see if the tanned would fit, and when it wouldn’t, they had backup solutions ready to go in the truck. Francisco also made sure to keep me apprised of every step they were on and the estimated time to completion. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Robert went above and beyond to make this install perfect. I was extremely impressed with his dedication in doing a high quality job. He took the initiative to point out anything I needed to be aware of. It is apparent that Robert has great knowledge and experience in his job. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

Install went fine. Disappointed that Andy needed to make a comment to my Union employed husband about us not using Union plumber for the replacement water heater and installation, not great customer service if that’s what we remember from the experience.Your team also left boxes in my yard without telling us, rained overnight. I thought DRF would also be taking away all boxes and clean up.

The gentleman who installed our water heater today did a GREAT job. They paid a lot of attention to detail when installing it and were very patient in answering our many questions. Plus they were very polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a water heater installed.
