Robert and Erik were great. They were on time, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly.

The plumbers were very honest and saved me a lot of money. I had no hot water and Andy noticed the temperature was set at a vacation setting. My water heater is only 5 years old and I was wondering why it went out so fast but somehow someone in my house just turned the temp down. Thank you sooo much for helping me!!

Very fast and efficient. Great communication

Both plumbers are courteous and looked to be highly experienced

Very polite, informed me of everything I needed to know, worked in a very timely manner, overall great experience

Andy and Francisco did a great job. Will definitely be using DRF again for any future plumbing needs!

Andy and Francisco were beyond helpful and professional. They explained allthe leakage issues very well and diagnosed the problem quickly and proficiently. They were kind, informative, and went the extra mile giving me tips on how to manage my situation for preventive measures down the road. I will definitely request them should I need to call DRF again.

Did a great job in installing the water tank in a tight space. Appreciate their hard work.

Excellent timing and customer service.

Need to narrow appointment time window to 2-4 hours rather than confirming. appointment at 7am and having to be available until 5pm.
