Need to narrow appointment time window to 2-4 hours rather than confirming. appointment at 7am and having to be available until 5pm.

The team was great. Showed up on time, very polite, worked as a team to get the job done as quickly as possible, and left the place clean when they were done. We really appreciated their service and would welcome them back again.

They did amazing work! The piping to the water heater is very clean. They also repiped our gas line because the old gas line was flex! It looks amazing and works great! They estimated a 2 1/2 hour job and we're done within an hour and a half! Will be recommending DRF water heating solutions to friends and family. I had another company out the day before and they "couldn't fit me in their schedule for the next two days" to replace my water heater. DRF was there same day. Couldn't be happier, and the girls in accounts were so friendly it felt like I had known them my whole life!

I asked if they had a minute to discuss another plumbing issue. I told them I was thinking about getting a tank less water heater. They gave me the pros and cons on the heater. They were respectful of my home and asked if they should take there shoes off.

Not their fault, but I was here all day waiting. From the time your service called me at 7 am to the time they arrived at 5!!! Lucky for me, I organized drawers and read old journals and watch Peaky Blinders and texted friends and family.
