Paul and Will were very meticulous with the install, explaining the safety and assurance warranty (gas/carbon monoxide detector and water detection alarm package, and Lowes 5 yr extended Protection Plan), and relief valve overflow pipe. Very pleased

Sorry for the late review. Jason and Robert did an excellent job trouble shooting problems with my tankless water. They opened it up and could not find any problems with leaking. It was determined to be condensation and suggested that I get insulation for the pipes. I was give instructions on how to install the insulation at that time.

The installation team were professional and spent some time with me explaining the installation and what to do for emergencies and maintance.

Great work, very professional, kept things very clean, fixed piping that was previously not up to code
