Professional, fast, same day install for new water heater

Didn't receive advance text until Matthew arrived although I had called to learn placecon schedule. It would have been helpful for planning to know I was last on schedule and plumber and technician were coming from Rockford. Arrived at 7:30 P.M. Appreciate their making the best use of time. Very professional and kind. Assessed leak from valves, photographed, asked helper to get necessary tools. Problem diagnosed quickly and corrected by tightening valve, insuring leaking stopped. Left small bowl with paper towel to monitor that problem was resolved. Offered grest suggestion to put a tray under sink to keep tiled surface dry and clean in case any spills from supplies stored or to catch any potential leaks.

They were very courteous. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up very well afterwards. Took their time to explain the new water heater and all the fixtures they replaced along with the water heater.

Very efficient. Got right to work and left the work area clean after they were done.

Matt and Tyler were friendly and professional. In addition to doing an excellent job, they provided a missing gasket from their inventory at no additional expense. I recommend and would use DRF again.

I appreciate how quickly the team was able to make it out and how efficiently they handled the job. Jorge was very respectful with our home while swapping the water tanks. Robert was very informative about the work they would be doing and was a great help answering all of my questions about proper maintenance to extend the life of our water tank as much as possible.
