Robert and Erik were very professional. They worked very well as a team. They were patient with my questions and explained very well what was needed when an unexpected pump failure was discovered during my water heater installation.

The faucet is being returned and a replacement will be sent according to Home Depot The technicians I saw later had tested the dishwasher and had water in it that I tried draining, but leaks appeared. I will have to remove the water by hand. I I do have to talk with Home Depot regarding the sink because it is too deep to allow a garbage disposal to be installed at a later date. It’s better to have the technicians let the customer complete the survey instead of while they are still there, letting the homeowner take some time to look at everything. I felt rushed and discovered this problem later

The two plumbers that changed out our water heater went above and beyond with this install. They did a superior job on the new hard piping, kept the work area clean, flushed sediment from the other two sinks and explained the features and maintenance of our new water heater. A real five stars performance.
