Excellent service and attention to detail. Answered all my questions.

Great service!

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Less than 24 hours from the time my water heater broke to the installation of a new one. Every step of the way they fully explained the costs and procedures. Highly recommended.

They are real expert

They were kind and experts.

Both Kevin and Jonah were very professional and meticulous throughout the entire process. They explained the work to be done and did exactly as they explained. They were careful to keep their work area very clean and completed the installation in a very timely manner. After the installation they explained the operation of the new water heater and took time to answer all our questions. As always, we are happy to be using DRS’ services.

Very professional and respectful. Both Robert and Eddie did a fantastic job.
