Quick and fast service

The instalation was completed correctly but we are not happy with the imposed up-charge of $300 dollars for lifting the water heater for a brief moment to shoulder-height in order to place the water heater in place. More was done unloading the water-heater from the truck. I believe this up-charge is unfair. As a homeowner of 18+ years, I have never seen this type of up-charge. Also, if a small skinny folding closet-door is removed by installers, common courtesy would be to place it back, it only takes seconds to put back and I truly believe DFR missed the opportunity to demonstrate care to the customer during an unforeseen moment during the holiday.

Robert and Sergio did a great job removing my failing water heater and installing a new, larger one. They informed me when something would be different than previously and helped set my expectations. They explained everything they did, once the job was completed and then made sure everything was cleaned up. Thanks for a great job!
