Friendly and efficient. Did a great job!

Very professional and got the job done to satisfaction.

Erik did a great job explaining services. It was unfortunate he didn’t have an extra person to help with the workload because the job took tell 4pm to complete and I’m a night shift worker.Improvement can be the communication. I received a text morning of with requirements to sign and then a call a short time later telling me Erik would be at my home around 1030 and then was told I would receive a call back with a more exact time. I never received another call back with updated time and Erik showed up around 1145. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Lowe’s and plumber because heater that was brought was a tall and I told the employee it was a short.Regardless Erik did a great job adjusting and making the fittings and completing the job.

Very professional individual. He upgraded our exhaust pipes and showed me how to drain the water heater. Appreciated his work.
