Paul and Andres were great, they very knowledgeable

They were great. Fixed existing water pipe and gas problems along with install.

The guys worked hard and made a good effort to keep the house clean through the whole process

We are glad they serviced us. We've been without hot water since Thanksgiving!!! The home warranty company previously sent others. Who still haven't honored their appointment. We dont need them. Thanks to DRF

I hate to put a negative comment, because they were so kind and professional during the install, but a huge mistake was made in the end. A gas line/valve was left open and not capped and was pumping natural gas into my home. They smelled the gas before they left, but since they couldn’t find the leak, they said it was just lingering. I called the gas company after I had sat with this for 2 to 3 hours. I had to evacuate my home until the gas company could come and find the leak. There is a gas line that would have gone to a gas dryer that was left open. It was closed before the job so I do not know why it was open. We have an electric dryer and do not use that line. I have spent most of my morning trying to get a hold of somebody at the Customer Care team to report this. I trusted this company to keep me safe and I could have lost my life.

Andy, Francisco and DRF were professional, pleasant and effective. Highly recommended!
