Very respectful of my home. Unflappable - to my dismay, the counter installers had taken my existing kitchen faucet which I had intended to reuse; Tim and Francisco calmly continued their work while I made a trip to purchase a new faucet. Clearly competent. And friendly, too.

Came on time and was very professional explained everything that he was doing. I asked him to flag some sprinkler heads as utility work was going on in the neighborhood, and he did that as well. Pleasant young man.
